As you know, Recently i’ve been into DIY, decorating and more especially painting vintage furniture. This time i am trying a new idea : DIY Gold Painted Bamboo Table !
And what better way to show off my new table than with the hotness of some Furbish Studio pillows? Remember these? I won them in last month’s giveaway, and they’re every bit as rad as I knew they’d be.
I did realize though, that when a buttload of Furbish pillows arrives at your doorstep, (for free!) you have a moral obligation to make them look their best, so I went straight to “how to style a sofa” articles for inspiration on how to style them. I think my Kantha throw and Nate Berkus rug make them look like the perfect little pillows they are. But I’m biased.
I couldn’t leave out the last pillow of the bunch, so it’s residing on my entry bench for the time being. I’m still deciding on a fabric to re-cover the bench, so for now I have one of my favorite scarves on top to add some color. I’m pretty sure I won’t be making it to that project any time soon, just so you know. 😉 I’m also almost positive that I’ve officially reached my quota of faux bamboo. Will that stop me? Probably not.
Would any of you like a tutorial on spray painting furniture? I know there are so many of them out there, so I decided I’d just leave you with the pretty after shots instead. If you’d like a spray paint table tutorial in the future, let me know. I can always find something to spray paint y’all!
