How to Make A Bauble Christmas Wreath

The holidays are approaching and it is the season to make all the holiday crafts. In this short tutorial you will learn how to make your own Christmas Wreath. It is very simple to do even your kids will love doing it ! Everyone will love your new front door center piece.

To make this wreath , you will need a few supplies.

1. A styrofoam wreath prefer the flat kind, or you can cut a piece of cardboard in the shape of a circle.

2. Ornaments

3. Ribbon

4. Hot Glue and Gun

While making this wreath I found a great way to attach the ornaments to the styrofoam wreath. All you need to do is put some glue on the base of the bulb ( where you normally would string it onto the tree ) and then with the wire that sticks out you can place it into the styrofoam to help keep it secure !

How to attach baubles to a wreath

Most people like to cover the wreath first with ribbon to cover up all the styrofoam and then you can place the ornaments on that.

I decided that my ornaments would stick better on the wreath with out the ribbon there first. I decided to wrap  the ribbon on the wreath after I was finished gluing all the ornaments. I cut my ribbon to fit and glue it on in all the places that was visible.

Glue all you ornaments and your ribbon onto your wreath. Make sure to put as many as you can , so you can cover up all the white space. The more ornaments you can put on it, the better it will look.

You do not need to be a perfectionist with this project. It is all about being creative! If you mess up , it is ok you can always cover a boo boo with a bow or more ornaments.

Have a fun and safe holiday season.
